Daily details, kept together

Kidney Daily is built for organization and preparation. It does not interpret a reading, decide what you should eat, or replace instructions from your care team.

  • Food and water

Record meals and water, save foods and meals you use again, and keep missing details visibly unrecorded.

  • Medication check-ins

Keep a local medication list and check in with the routines you already follow. Kidney Daily does not provide dosing guidance.

  • Vitals

Record blood pressure, an optional pulse within that entry, and weight.

  • Notes and questions

Capture symptoms, observations, and questions while they are fresh so they are easier to discuss later.

  • Records and Doctor Export

Attach local Records/Labs PDFs and create a local Doctor Export PDF when you choose.

  • Flexible local reminders

Set device reminders for water, vitals, notes, appointment prep, medication check-ins, and refills.

Appointment preparation

Make a local Doctor Export

Choose a date range and prepare a PDF from the information you recorded. Review it first, then save or share it through Android when you decide.

A Doctor Export is an organizational summary, not a clinical record or medical interpretation. Anything not logged may be absent or blank.

What makes it different

  • 01

    Calm and nonjudgmental

No streak shaming, no red warnings, no scores. A day you did not log is just a day you did not log.

  • 02

    Local-first privacy

Core tracking is stored on your device. You decide what leaves your phone, and when.

  • 03

    No account required

You can open the app and start writing things down without signing up for anything.

  • 04

    Manual targets in public 1.0

In the current public release, you enter the nutrition or fluid targets you want displayed. The app does not present those entries as medical advice.

  • 05

    Appointment prep and Doctor Export

Collect questions, medicines, and selected logs into a local PDF you can review, save, print, or share.

  • 06

    Transparent estimates

Unknown values stay visible as unknown. Estimates are labeled as estimates.
